Since the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade, we, Afrodescendants, have been divided and conquered, rendering us incapable of creating and building a society of our own until now. Today we, sisters, are at the forefront and are a pivotal force in the rebirth of a powerful future for all our people.
In Sister's Quarterly, we will explore issues of identity, health, law, family, relationships, Repairations, and how to find better remedies and solutions to our seemingly never-ending problems so we can begin developing a united front, which will enable us to begin developing a strong, secure and safe community, WhereEver we are.

We are Smart, Creative, Beautiful
Before she got whitewashed, she was a Black woman. I remember seeing this person as a cartoon character and thinking, "what a unique concept. How did she come up with this?" Of course, she was a white cartoon character. (If it was not for us [Black people], what would happen to the world.) It never dawned on me for a moment that Betty Boop was originally a Black woman who created this character for her signature act.

Our Identity - Why It's Important
We, the Lost-Found Nation of Islam, have spent close to seventeen years at the United Nations. During these years, our fight has been to establish an identity. The identity we have chosen for ourselves is not just for us here in America, but also for Blacks from many nations. Following the prophecies of the Holy Quran and Bible, God said He would gather His people out of every nation where they are scattered.
